Next week the premiere event for financial advisors and agents takes place in Toronto, Canada. The top sellers in the world will be attending the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT). I will be going to Toronto to have dinner with the top 40 MDRT qualifiers from Turkey. I have been doing a lot of work in Turkey over the past couple years and have become quite close to these people. MDRT meetings are incredible for it is an opportunity to spend time with the most talented people in the financial services business. We are in the business of keeping families together when the best and the worst things happen. We do that by selling choices and dignity.

I have a great love for this business and respect for the people who work in it. This is a noble profession as long as we act professionally and behave with integrity.

Not all attain membership in MDRT but most have the capacity and potential to do so. The reason many do not attain is due to their lack of effort, use of successful systems, processes and tools and/or their sense of purpose.
